The Walnut Creek Corporate Center is a large distribution hub near the intersection of US 290, US 183, and I-35. Prologis has a strong presence here with numerous distribution and warehouse buildings. Bldg numbers 20 and 21 were being built in 2008 and offer some 112K SF, but even more space is available throughout the park.
