While downtown Austin continues to see a revitalization, most of the new construction is residential condominiums. This project will be the first to extensively integrate residential, office, and the funky retail space that makes Austin so unique. While not technically downtown, it is a couple of blocks north of the University of Texas, which itself is a a couple of blocks north of downtown.
